Mischa Barton went to court to prevent her sex tape from becoming public. She won. So no Mischa Barton sex tape for the foreseeable future. But it wasn’t enough for Mischa to stop the world from watching her have sex, she also held a press conference with her lawyer, you guessed it, Gloria Allred. Her goal, according to Mischa was to spare other women from going through a similar experience of the same “pain and humiliation”. “I came forward to fight this not only for myself but for all the women out there,” she said. “I want to protect them from the pain and humiliation that I have had to go through. No woman should have to go through this.” She continued: “My absolute worst fear was realised when I realised that someone I thought I loved and trusted was filming my most intimate and private moments without my consent, with hidden cameras. Then I learned something even worse: that someone is trying to sell these videos and make them public. It is a very hard thing to do but I am glad that I am finally standing up for myself.” Bottom line: No Mischa Barton sex tape.

HOLLY MADISON SUES BLACKCORE EDGE PILLS, CAUSE SHE NEVER SAID THEY HELPED HUGH HEFNER GET HIS DICK UP
Holly Madison, 37, one of Hugh Hefner’s playmate foursome in The Girls Next Door, along with Bridget Marquardt and Kendra Wilkinson, is now suing Edgeline Performance, distributor of Blackcore Edge pills, over an article posted to a site that claimed to be Men’s Health. In the article, Holly was quoted as saying that Hef regularly took Blackcore Edge penis pills to get “stronger, bigger.” In her lawsuit, she claims that the website falsely quoted her as saying that when Hugh took this pill, “15 minutes later his blood would start pumping! He got stronger, bigger and lasted as long as an 18-year-old.” She added that the article falsely attributed to her the comments that Hugh was “a whole new man” with the product and that the pills “create a very enjoyable experience for all the girls in the mansion.” Holly was by Hugh’s side from 2001 to 2008. But she said she never endorsed Blackcore Edge pills. “Every statement and comment allegedly attributed to plaintiff in the article is false,” her suit claims. “[Madison] has never made any such recommendation and did not give consent for the use of her name or image in the article.” The article also included pictures of Holly supposedly endorsing of Blackcore Edge. So far, no word whether Her himself will sue, since the article appears to claim he can’t get it up. It is clearly an affront to Holly, because what limp soldier wouldn’t stand at attention at the sight of her?

RADIO DJ DAVID MUELLER SAYS HE NEVER TOUCHED TAYLOR SWIFT’S ASS, BASICALLY THAT SHE’S A LYING SACK OF SHIT
Taylor Swift is in a heated lawsuit with former Denver radio DJ David Mueller. She says he grabbed her ass at a media event. He says she is a god damned fucking liar (well, basically, that’s what he says). They are both suing each other. He is suing because he says Taylor being a god damned fucking liar got him fired. She says she was the victim of sexual assault. When the smoking gun picture that Taylor submitted to the court in the case was leaked (as Taylor tried to hide it from the public), it seemed like a close call. Maybe, maybe not, more on the side of not. But given Taylor’s history, we felt comfortable saying she was a god damned fucking liar. David was quiet. But now he’s speaking out. While on 955 Detroit’s “Mojo in the Morning,” David said:

Priscilla Rainey isn’t yet counting her $7.13 million, which an Illinois court awarded her in her sexual assault lawsuit against rapper The Game (Jayceon Taylor). According to his representatives, The Game is going to file an appeal. But that don’t stop the fact that he suffered an embarrassing and financially devastating loss to Priscilla, who was a contestant on the VH1 reality show She Got Game, because of her allegations that he sexually assaulting her while shooting scenes for the show in 2015, including “forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.” She initially sued for $10 million. A judgment for $7.13 million was entered against The Game last week. The Game is only reportedly worth $25 million, so that’s a big chunk of his wealth potentially headed out the door. Lack of consent is a motherfucker. $7.13 million could have bought a lifetime of high class prostitutes and porn stars, who’s pussy The Game could have rubbed bare all he wanted. Just ask Charlie Sheen.

Actress Amber Heard was sued for refusing to take off her clothes. She was hit with a $10 million breach-of-contract lawsuit over her upcoming film London Fields. Producers Nicola Six Limited claimed she failed to offer agreed-upon acting and publicity services, by not complying “with commitment to act in scenes requiring nudity, in contravention of her contractual obligations.” She was supposed to do a nude scene as her character, a “promiscuous psychic is about to be murdered.” They claim that Amber was aware of the nature of the role of Nicola Six, because she had read Martin Amis’ novel as well as the screenplay, which was “salacious, provocative and contained nude scenes.” They said Amber had the right to view all nude and sex scenes and approve the final cut, accepting payment for all acting services. Instead, they allege, she secretly worked with Mathew Cullen, the film’s director, to rewrite her nude and sex scenes, refusing to shoot the film’s nude moments, “key scenes in the script had to be removed and/or rewritten to accommodate Heard’s behavior.”
And to make matters worse, Nicola Six claims Amber failed to show up at the premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. “Consistent with industry norms, Plaintiff (like TIFF) expected Heard (the film’s star) to attend TIFF and support the Picture, as Heard was contractually required to do — and as she had been paid to do,” they said in the lawsuit. And dded that, “the refusal to do so was especially glaring, and harmful, in view of the fact that she was present at TIFF to promote another film, The Danish Girl, in which she had a far smaller role, and to support her then-husband Johnny Depp’s film, Black Mass.” It is not clear why Amber refused to do the nude scene for London Fields, since Amber’s been nude before, her nude scene for The Informers comes to mind:

Sabrina Sabrock, real name Lorena Fabiana Colotta, 39, is an Argentinian born model and actress, popular in Mexico, who worked hard to get her body to a plastic perfection, with nearly 60 cosmetic surgery procedures costing more than £800,000 (almost $1 million). But now her ass implants are leaking and she is suing. She said told news outlets, “The liquid from the prosthesis is leaking and it might be infected. The liquid might leak to my legs and later it could cause gangrene. I cannot walk in high heels, and I cannot do exercise.” She first noticed the problem when she felt agonizing pain in her ass and returned to the original surgeon. “He drained me and pulled out liquid and blood, but a week later, I started to feel bad again and I had to take painkillers.” Now she wants the the surgeon, Vicente Garcia Gonzalez, to pay. But she’s not looking to profit, only to have him pay the £3,949 ($4,871) bill for new ass implants. She said: “These implants lasted around seven years when they are supposed to last for 20 years. The surgeon told me they were good quality but according to an MRI scan they are not good quality. I am worried about it and I want the doctor to pay me.”

Kim Kardashian forged the path. Now, Elizabeth Ruiz is looking to blaze her own trail to stardom with a celebrity sex tape. She fucked Super Bowl MVP Von Miller of the Denver Broncos in Cancun, Mexico, and recorded it with her cell phone. It was recorded “while they were alone indoors,” court documents claim. “[Von] insisted at all times that the recording be kept private. [Elizabeth] agreed that she would keep the recording private,” said Von’s attorney. Von said that he also talked with Elizabeth after he returned to the United States and reminded her that “he did not want anyone to see the recording and asked Ruiz to erase the recording.” But Elizabeth allegedly responded, “Gotcha,” according to court papers. Elizabeth allegedly offered to sell the sex tape back to Von for $2.5 million, “to transfer ownership of the recording” to him, otherwise she would publicly release the video. But Von sent his lawyers to court to get a restraining order. A representative for Elizabeth allegedly said she wanted to become the next Kim Kardashian. But that looks like it won’t happen. Yesterday, Judge Amy Hogue issued a temporary restraining order barring Elizabeth from distributing, copying, or releasing the tape. But that may not stop Elizabeth, according to reports, as another representative allegedly said she was as “itchy” and someone who “could care less” about the law. Looking at Elizabeth on her Instagram page, we would say whatever happens, Von it was definitely worth the risk.

In case you hadn’t heard, Taylor Swift and former radio DJ David Mueller are fighting it out in court. He says Taylor lied when she claimed he groped her. She says she has proof, a picture that is the smoking gun. Taylor said the photo captured the moment of her sexual assault at the hands of David, claiming in her video deposition, “Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over, it was still there. It was completely intentional, I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life.” She added in court papers, “I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before. A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you’re thanking people for coming. You’re supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned.” Taylor fought hard to keep the public from seeing this horrific picture, where she was sexually assaulted, but TMZ released it. And, while we aren’t saying that it doesn’t show some funny business, maybe, it looks about as convincing as the O.J. Simpson gloves. That is to say, women will see a sexual assault (like white people say the gloves fit), and men will see a hand a bit too low (like black people agreed “it didn’t fit, so you must acquit”). No wonder Taylor didn’t want the picture to get out.

Kim Kardashian may still be in hiding, but she is not backing down. Her lawyers filed a federal lawsuit against website MediaTakeOut.com and its founder Fred Mwangaguhunga, alleging that the website published a series of stories “in which they claimed, without any factual support whatsoever, that Kardashian faked the robbery, lied about the violent assault, and then filed a fraudulent complaint with her insurance company to bilk her carrier out of millions of dollars.” The articles were removed from the website. But they had run under headlines that said evidence pointed to her staging the robbery, that French police suspected Kardashian West of letting the robbers in, and that she was guilty of a federal crime if she had indeed faked the robbery and filed a $5.6 million insurance claim. Kim is seeking a jury trial against the website and damages to be determined at trial.

This is a sad story we haven’t covered but have watched closely. Comedian Jim Carrey dumped his ex-girlfriend, Cathriona White, after (allegedly) she found out he gave her Herpes (Type 1 and 2) and Chlamydia, and began to question him. The texts are pretty clear on this point. She ended up committing suicide. As we said, a sad story. Jim got sued by his ex-girlfriend’s estranged husband. And then it was just some guy looking to cash in, cause really, he didn’t seem to give a fuck when Jim Carrey was banging his wife. But now the girl’s parents have sued Jim Carrey, for wrongful death, the same as her estranged husband. And they aren’t playing games. They put a challenge to Jim, who has through his lawyers denied giving the girl an STD. The girl’s mother, Brigid Sweetman, said this: “Jim Carrey and his attorney have told the world that Carrey has never had STDs and he has never tested positive for STDs. They have called me and Mark [Burton, White’s estranged husband] ‘shams’ for claiming otherwise. I am demanding they immediately release the full 2013 lab results so people can judge for themselves who is telling the truth and who is lying. If they publicly release and publish the full Quest Diagnostics lab report for the blood sample Carrey gave on January 28, 2013 at 11:40 a.m. under the name ‘Jose Lopez’ and if it shows Carrey did not test positive for STDs, I will immediately dismiss the case and apologize.” She added, “‘As a family, we want the world to know the truth about who Jim Carrey really is – a man that will give your daughter three STDs, lie about it, call her terrible names and demean her, use his high priced lawyers to try and shut her and her family up, and then give her illegal drugs.” Damn, Jim (or should we say Jose). Ball’s in your court. You got Herpes?

LOUISIANA BANNED STRIPPERS UNDER 21, AND STRIPPERS ARE SUING TO PROTECT THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO BE A STRIPPER
Three strippers in Louisiana have filed a federal lawsuit to prevent enforcement of a new state law that takes effect on October 1, 2016, that prevents girls under the age of 21 from stripping. The New Orleans City Council passed a similar ban in January, but it only applied to new dancers under 21, so girls already dancing could continue. The strippers who are suing say the statewide ban infringes on their constitutional right to free speech, due process and equal protection. The lawsuit says strippers have a right to express themselves through erotic dance under the Louisiana and United States constitutions (you know, the 69th Amendment right to bear tits). The strippers also claim that the ban is unconstitutionally broad and vague, because as currently written, would apply to live theater performances and other forms of artistic nude expression. They also say the law fails to define the ban on “exposure” of the breasts or buttocks. And last, the strippers say the state law irrationally discriminates against them on the basis of their age, because “there is no evidence that the act’s age restrictions will have any impact on human trafficking.” And that the ban discriminates based on sex because it applies only to women who perform topless, not to men. Good arguments all around. Hopefully, the moderator for the next presidential debate asked about this unconstitutional ban on the right to be a stripper.
A number of advocates have suggested a similar ban on girls performing in pornography under the age of 21, which also has the support of a number of porn stars. So this stripper test case should be an interesting measure of whether the law can stop barely legal teens who just turned 18 from cashing in on their bodies. The strippers in the lawsuit, however, said it is more than just making money, they had significant allegations about how the law affects their ability to support themselves and family. For example, one of the strippers, a 20-year-old from New Orleans, said she had to work up to 120 hours per week in retail to pay her bills and care for her disabled mother before she began stripping. Stripping, she said, provides her better hours and allows her to set her own work schedule in caring for her mother. Another said she uses the money to take care of her 1-year-old daughter.

There are plenty of high school boys who will get girls pregnant and never see a reward, except a lifetime of working at Home Depot and trying to survive. But that’s only if you fuck another student. You knock up a teacher, and you are a victim, and you get paid. A former student at Citrus Valley High School in Redlands, California, identified only as John BB Doe had a torrid year-long affair with Laura Whitehorse, starting when he was 16 (she also apparently had sex with two other students). When Laura got pregnant and the affair became public, the student sued, claiming Redlands Unified School District administrators and other teachers knew about her abusing him but turned a blind eye. They recently settled for $5.5 million. Laura only served one year and now the two share custody of their three-year old child. The child’s lawyer, Vince Finaldi, talked about the huge settlement, saying, “That number didn’t get there by accident. The evidence we were able to deduce against the district of its knowledge that this was going on and its complicity was so voluminous, they had no choice but to settle the case. It was that bad.” In court, the boy said that he had been left scarred for life after Laura told him she loved him and wanted to spend the rest of her life with him. While he admitted that he enjoyed the attention, he said she should not have fueled his romantic interests and pursued him. He said: “I am the father of a child when I am still myself a child.” And while all of that is true, and it is sexual abuse of a child, we still feel this 16-year-old, who had sex with his teacher over a year, and never said a word until she was pregnant, and then got $5.5 million, somehow made out in the deal. Most guys who get their high school sweetheart pregnant don’t do so well.

Beauty queens are some catty bitches. Caitlin Cifuentes beat her rivals and won Miss Corpus Christi, Texas. Because they couldn’t beat her on the stage, her rivals ganged up and beat her in court, as last month six contestants including the runner-up, Victoria Barrera (and now the new Miss Corpus Christi), sued the pageant because they claim Caitlin should have been disqualified because of her criminal record. Now, Caitlin is a criminal. And that is a disqualifying condition. It turns out Caitlin caught a case on charges of intoxication, assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, as she crashed into another vehicle while driving with a blood alcohol three times the legal limit. Shit happens. Caitlin got probation, but then violated her probation when she got caught at a nightclub. Shit happens. Now police have issued warrants for her arrest. Caitlin defended getting stripped of her crown on Facebook, saying, “I was discriminated against, slandered, judged in the harshest ways, but guess what? I am still the real winner. Keep that old title because I would rather not be involved with a program which allows bullying. That’s not what I stand for.” Because of the shit, Caitlin was also fired from her job as a waitress at a bar, where she worked for almost five years. But Caitlin isn’t phased. She made her own title and now calls herself “Queen of Corpus Christi.” How you like me now, bitches!

PORN STAR KENDALL KARSON AND VIOLINIST DAVID GARRETT LAWSUIT GETS EVEN UGLIER WITH CLAIMS OF EXTORTION
When porn star Kendall Karson, 28, filed a lawsuit against famed violinist David Garrett, claiming he forced her into rough sex and drinking his urine, you knew it was going to be one of those New York style pig fucks. Maybe David had it coming, maybe he didn’t. But there was no escaping some horribly career damaging allegations. Well, David has responded with a $10 million countersuit, and it ain’t pretty either. Kendall’s real name is Ashley Youden. David claims he met Kendall through a Los Angeles escort service, The Luxury Companion, in 2014, according to his lawsuit against her. “Karson’s seduction of Garrett began with the highly provocative language used to advertise her services as well as her own posts to her social media feeds of sexually graphic messages and photos,” say his court papers. David admits he quickly fell in love with the porn star pussy, “quickly became enamored” in his words. And in spite of the fact that they were not engaged, David let Kendall live in his Manhattan loft and paid her a $10,000 monthly stipend, in efforts to get Kendall to leave porn and become a real-estate agent. “In reality, Karson used Garrett’s money to finance regular parties filled with her friends from the sex-trade . . . in his absence,” he said. It was Kendall, however, David claims who started calling herself his fiancee, though he never proposed. He claims that Kendall “bilked [him] out of hundreds of thousands of dollars by convincing him that she loved him and would leave her former life [for] him.” But Kendall just couldn’t leave the porn life. “When Garrett discovered the lies and decided to end the relationship Karson shifted from seduction to extortion,” he claims. When he finally ended it with Kendall in March 2015, David says Kendall demanded $300,000 for her silence. And when he began paying, giving her the first $15,000, she demanded $15 million. That’s when David says he refused and Kendall ran to court claiming that he had her drink his urine.
Kendall’s Lawyer, Eddie Hayes, responding to the countersuit, saying, “What do you expect him to say? ‘I’m a pervert and I’m not safe to be around?’” Time will tell. David is not the first guy to fall in love with a stripper, or even a porn star. But he disregarded the age old adage, “You can’t turn a porn star [the adage really says “hoe,” but we were trying to be politically correct] into a housewife.”

Porn star Kendall Karson, 28, filed a $12 million dollar lawsuit against ex-boyfriend David Garrett, 35, according to the New York Post, a Juilliard-trained violinist known as “the David Beckham of classical music,” and it’s a doozy. The complaint alleges that David first paid Kendall (whose real name is Ashley Youdan) for sex back in August 2014, and just days after, he asked her to marry him. First red flag. Then, Kendall quickly moved into David’s his Manhattan apartment and he introduced her to his family and friends as his fiancée. Yellow flag. After jetting her around the world, to places like Malta, Mexico and Spain, David asked Kendall to give up her adult-film career, and she did. Second red flag. Then it got weird, of course, because you’ve burned through two red flags and a yellow flag, all of which should have told you something wasn’t exactly right with this situation. Kendall alleges that on Christmas Day 2014, David’s “behavior began to take a dark turn for the worse,” and “[a]fter seeing an advertisement for a ‘sex slave’ on the website Craigslist, [David] responded to the advertisement hoping to perform ‘BDSM’ acts on the ‘sex slave’ and place the ‘sex slave’ in a cage while [he] and [Kendall] attended a nightclub.” Now, for a porn star, and for Kendall in particular, whose done extreme bondage and fetish scenes, that doesn’t seem all that weird, but let’s call this red flag number three (do not pass go, do not collect $200). However, the lawsuit alleges, the sex slave never came (never arrived), even though David waited and waited.
Then, Kendal says, on January 7, 2015, David forced Youdan to drink his urine, and also forced her into rough sex that left her with a fractured rib. “Even I think this is awful, and I’m an expert in awful,” said Kendall’s lawyer Eddie Hayes, a former Bronx homicide prosecutor. But again, we think, for a porn star, not really all that bad. But let’s call that red flag number four. And even Kendall then knew it was time to quit. They broke up in February, and Kendall is now suing for physical and mental abuse. “The complaint is supported by voice recordings, photographs and medical records,” said Elisabeth Conroy, another lawyer for Kendall. David’s lawyer, Brian Maas, said the allegations were “outrageous and baseless,’’ adding, “We have not received any lawsuit from Youdan, though her willingness to publicly level these meritless charges fits with a pattern of behavior of someone who has made numerous threats to David.”

Chloe Goins had sued Hugh Hefner along with Bill Cosby over claims she was drugged and raped by Cosby at the Playboy mansion. She accuses Bill Cosby of drugging and molesting her when she was 17. Chloe said that Bill gave her alcohol spiked with something that caused her to black out during a party at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles in 2008. She claims that she regained consciousness in a bedroom with her breasts exposed while Bill was biting at her toes with his pants down, according to the lawsuit. She claims that Hugh is responsible because he also served alcohol to her as a minor, introduced her to Bill and “knew or should have known defendant Cosby had a propensity for intoxicating and or drugging young women and taking advantage of them sexually and against their will or while they were unconscious,” the lawsuit said. Chloe claims Bill engaged in sexual battery, gender violence and intentional emotional distress. The lawsuit accuses Hugh of conspiracy. In the lawsuit, Chloe said she was “shocked, hurt and psychologically impacted and damaged as a result of this traumatic incident at such a young age and this psychological torment has caused her serious harm and life-long harm and injury.” This all is likely going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
