64-year-old “freelance” photographer Michael Warnock found out the hard way that the First Amendment doesn’t allow you to shop bare naked pussy around the local strip mall in the name of art. It’s called indecent exposure. Well, that is what nude model Chelsea Guerra, 21, who Michael found on Craigslist, was charged with. Michael was charged with criminal solicitation, criminal conspiracy, disorderly conduct and possession of controlled substances. That was after he and his model were caught taking photos with her wearing only thigh-high black stockings and high heel shoes at the Miracle Mile Shopping Center in Monroeville, PA, near Pittsburgh. Michael said it was an “art project.” Police said when officers arrived, Chelsea was walking in the parking lot wearing nothing but long black stockings and high heels. Police wrote in a criminal complaint that there was a “group of people gathering around Ms. Guerra and Mr. Warnock complaining about her current state of dress.” This all went down at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 8, 2017, when police noted there were large crowds and “multiple small children with their families on the sidewalks.” Word to the wise, Michael, start at 5 a.m, not 11. And try a not so public place as a shopping center. It may be art but it is still a crime.
We weren’t able to find uncensored pictures of Chelsea strutting her naked ass around the shopping center (we have the censored one), but we did find her mug shot, along with Michael.

#DancersAfterDark is all about dancers getting naked at night. It is a book series by photographer Jordan Matter. Great concept. We loved it from the beginning. We originally covered his Paris shoot. He has done a number of shoots since, as well as accompanying behind the scenes videos. We recently saw his shoot in New York with nine naked ballerinas. Carson Michura, Anastasia Bez, Melissa Weber, Keely Ancrile, Jillian Davis, Katie Garcia, Reina Trifunovic, Daisy Kate Jacobson, and Morgan Thweatt. It was fully nude, but covered, but interesting.

Holly Randall, 37, is one of the legendary erotic photographers of our time. She is the daughter of erotic photographer Suze Randall and author Humphry Knipe. If you’ve been looking at pictures of naked women over the last 20 years, chances are you’ve seen some of Holly’s work. Now Holly is doing workshops for photographers, which is both a big deal and not a big deal. Holly is exceptional, so it is a big deal to learn from one of the best. But photography is pretty much dead, so it’s kinda like learning how to make a really great lantern, or horse-drawn buggy. But Holly was smart enough to make a video preview with models Ali Rose and Tahlia Paris, and damn if it don’t make us feel all nostalgic back when people gave a shit about photography.

Famous group nude photographer Spencer Tunick has said, “For our daughters, I couldn’t stand by and do nothing. spencertunickcleveland.com.” So Specner is forming a nude march on the Republican Convention in Cleveland this summer. In a post on his website, Spencer calls for “100 nude women holding large mirror discs, reflecting the knowledge and wisdom of progressive women and the concept of ‘Mother Nature’ in to and onto the convention center, cityscape and horizon of Cleveland.” He explains, “The philosophy of the artwork relates to the idea of the sacred feminine. By holding mirrors, we hope to suggest that women are a reflection and embodiment of nature, the sun, the sky and the land. We want to express the belief that we will rely upon the strength, intuition and wisdom of progressive and enlightened women to find our place in nature and to regain the balance within it. The mirrors communicate that we are a reflection of ourselves, each other, and of, the world that surrounds us. The woman becomes the future and the future becomes the woman.” So get naked and get your ass to Cleveland, ladies.

Photographer Brett Stanley, 40, is taking pole dancing to new depths, literally, he’s going underwater with it. This of course posing to problems. One, holding your breathe, for the stripper, the photographer, and any guys who want to sit at the rail and watch. Two, making it rain underwater is sort of an oxymoron. Stripper dance floor dollar bills are already wet enough… Brett says it’s a way to show the stripping as “a beautiful sport, not just an erotic performance.” And we’re all for attempts to legitimize stripping. April Stanley, 42, Brett’s muse for this underwater stripper odyssey, is a dancing instructor. “I do it because I want to get rid of that stigma that everybody has about pole dancing that it’s from clubs and all that. I love it because it’s beautiful and athletic and artistic,” she said. But clearly being underwater is a problem. “I can hold my breath for over 60 seconds generally,” Brett said. “[That’s] usually long enough to get the shots, but I did have three amazing models from Japan who could stay down for three times that long. I tried to keep up and it nearly killed me!”

French photographer Sophie Ebrard, according to the Huffington Post, became “enthralled by the wildly popular and profitable market of pornography, [and] resolved to dig a little deeper into its underbelly in order to reveal the business in a provocative new light.” She followed porn director Gazzman “to various set locations around the world” for four years, and has created a collection, called “It’s Just Love,” which will be displayed at Amsterdam’s Unseen Photo Fair. “Somewhat strangely, porn is ahead of the moral standoff: it’s completely open about what it does and, whether you agree with it or not, it’s actually creating something,” Sophie said “Any glimpses of nudity humanize, rather than objectify, the subjects.” (Subtle chant in the background: Porn is good. Porn is good. Porn is good.) “Over the past decade and a half in particular, we’ve become increasingly desensitized, even numbed, by sex in imagery, because it has become increasingly explicit and present,” explained Roderick van der Lee, who curated Sophie’s exhibition. “‘It’s Just Love’ incurs much stronger emotions, such as tenderness, humanity and a sense of fun by going in the other direction, by not being explicit, and by not falling into the traps of the many cliches of portraying the industry.” Here is a brief view of Sophie’s behind the scenes porn adventure (we mean, art exhibitions). Photographer Allen Henson, you da man! Damn, you da man. Allen is being sued by the people who own the Empire State Building because he took topless women to the top to take pictures, and intimated he would return, and the Empire State Building folks want to keep it family friend. The Empire State Building is suing Allen for $1.1 million and claims his photographs are putting its reputation as a “safe and secure family and tourist attraction” at risk. Allen countersued, saying “It’s embarrassing for America… They are saying breasts have made their building unsafe?!” This nude feud between them has been boiling for some time. A few weeks back, Allen promised to deliver a surprise to the New York Supreme Court Courthouse steps for an upcoming hearing in the case, a la topless girls asserting their rights to be titty free. And Allen delivered yesterday. We say again, Allen, you da man! In an interview last night, Allen deemed both his the media circus and his legal troubles “completely fucking ludicrous—it was awesome.”
“Censorship is important to me, it’s upsetting to me,” Allen said. “I did two tours in Iraq and I live and breathe America. We should be able to do these things and not worry about these frivolous lawsuits.” Damn right!
At his courthouse appearance, The Daily News reported, “In the lobby, a leggy blonde in his group started undressing and was quickly admonished by security, along with Henson, who was taking unauthorized video and photos.” One bystander reportedly sneered, “That’s an insult to the court.” But Allen continued. He reportedly said that a court officer or security guard asked him for his phone and told him, “I need to see your phone, I need you to delete these.” He refused, saying she could subpoena the phone, but “the photos are my property.” He claims that once the guard noticed other photographers around and asked who they were, and he explained they were photographers from newspapers like the Post, “[The guard] changed her attitude and said she had to called her supervisor.” Allen said the guard’s reversal once she realized there were reporters present “blew me away.” Allen, you da fucking’ man!
